PAHI published two films of real seniors opening the box, changing into the shoe, and walking in it. Real people, real product, shot by PAHI. Five of the six directions below cost zero credits.

The constraint that bites

Burned-in captions

Much of the best footage carries baked-on text, including BALANCE ENGINEERED FOR STABILITY. Unqualified "stability" is outside the claim boundary. The ship version needs PAHI's caption-free master.

What the hero plays today

The right column of /v4 is already a video: PAHI's own 8.4-second product film, the first beat of their 25-second construction piece. It is CGI, it is beautiful, and there is no person in it.

Runs muted, loops, pauses off-screen, respects reduced motion. The plumbing is done.
Box is 505 × 540 on desktop. Roughly 4:5. Every frame below is judged against that box.
No person. The client's note is exactly this gap.
The shoe floats on a stack of stones. It sets the brand line and proves nothing about wearing it.

What PAHI already shot

Frames pulled from PAHI's two published films. Green means the frame is clean and usable as it stands. Red means baked-on text has to come off, which only PAHI's master can do. Both films are scripted, so no frame here may carry a customer quote. As hero footage carrying no claim, that does not apply.

Six ways to fill that box

Each one names its shots, its length, what it actually proves, and what could go wrong. The white panel on the right shows the frame inside the real hero box at its real proportions.

Box to boardwalk

Their own film, recut. The box opens, the shoe goes on, she walks. One person, one afternoon, four shots.

Length: 9 to 11 seconds, silent, looping. Poster on frame one.
Proves: A real person actually uses the shoe. Literally the note the client sent.
Risk: Our source is a 1080p re-encode off their public film. Good enough to cut a comp, not to ship. The ship version needs PAHI's caption-free master.
Cost: Zero credits. Half a day to cut and encode.

Landscape footage crops hard into a 4:5 box. Every shot here survives it; two need a reframe.

At her height

Never a face. The camera sits on the ground and the shoe walks past it, so the sole meeting the floor is the whole subject.

Length: 6 to 8 seconds. Slow, no visible cut, endless loop.
Proves: The base is wider than the foot above it, on a real foot, on real ground. That relationship is the argument the whole page rests on, and the hero has never carried it.
Risk: No face is a real cost. The client asked to see a person and this shows a person's feet. It also crops hardest of all six into a tall box.
Cost: Zero credits. Half a day.

Cropping this to 4:5 loses the width of the boardwalk, which is half of why the shot works. A 1:1 or 4:3 box would serve it better.

Sea, then street

Keep the stones for three seconds, then dissolve to a real person walking. The brand line becomes a cut.

Length: 8 seconds. Loops back through the dissolve.
Proves: Born at sea, perfected on land, said in pictures. Nothing approved is thrown away.
Risk: Two visual languages in a 505-pixel box. A CGI shoe on stones and a documentary porch are a second apart, and a fast dissolve makes both look cheaper. It has to be slow enough to read as a choice.
Cost: Zero credits. A day, most of it on the dissolve.

The line is the film

The hero stops being two columns. Footage runs full width behind a navy veil and the client's sentence is the biggest thing on the screen.

Length: 12 seconds, very slow, almost still.
Proves: The sentence lands with the weight the client wants it to have, and the page stops opening like a product grid.
Risk: Largest build on the list. Hero.astro is rebuilt, the CTA and the trust bar move down, and contrast over moving footage becomes an accessibility job rather than a colour choice. The boardwalk rail runs the length of the best shot.
Cost: Zero credits. One to two days of build.

Not a box any more. This one replaces the two-column hero entirely, so the panel above is the closest a still can get.

Standing entry, generated

Animate the frame the page already uses: the foot goes into the shoe standing up, no hand on a wall, no bending.

Proves: No bending and no hands. It is the one thing none of PAHI's real footage shows.
Risk: This is a generated person handling a real product. It stays honest only while nothing on the page treats it as a customer. Feet and shoe geometry are also where image-to-video breaks first.
Cost: Blocked. 4.46 credits left, and the comparison-art agent has first call on the next top-up.

Proves: Everything the other five approximate, and it belongs to us rather than to a film made for a different page.
Risk: A person, a location, a day and a signed release. Not this week, and not without the client.
Cost: Production, not credits. Needs PAHI to agree and to bring a wearer.

Where the client's line goes

If you or someone you love uses a cane, walker or rollator, they need PAHI.

The standing rule bars a cane, a walker or a rollator in frame. It says nothing about the words. The line can run as type against any of the six films. Three places it can sit, independent of which film wins.

A. Under the outcomes, above the button

It becomes the last thing read before the CTA, at body weight rather than headline weight. Smallest change, least risk, and it addresses the carer rather than the wearer at the moment of clicking.

B. A caption under the film

Sits directly beneath the video in the right column, so the sentence and the person arrive together. Reads as a caption, which softens it. Works with 01, 02, 03 and 05.

C. Set over the footage at hero scale

Only possible with 04. Largest type on the page, the film behind it. Most force, most build, and the contrast work is real.

The standing rules, and where each concept brushes them

Never show a fall, a stumble or a near miss. None of the six goes near one.

Never show a cane, a walker or a rollator in frame. Clear in all six. The sentence naming them is copy, not a frame, and is allowed.

Never show a handrail. The boardwalk shots, 02 and 04, have a rail running the length of them. It is architecture rather than a grab bar, but it is a call to make, not to assume.

Never invent a quote, a number or a customer. Both PAHI films are scripted, so no face from them may ever appear beside a customer's words. As hero footage carrying no quote, they are clear.

Never present a generated person with a real product as documentary. This is the whole exposure on 05, and the reason it is last among the buildable ones.

Claim boundary. BALANCE ENGINEERED FOR STABILITY is burned into part of the footage. Unqualified stability is barred. Any cut avoids those frames or gets the master.
